Flats at SM Elite are priced from ₹53 lakh for a 2 BHK, with 3 BHK homes reaching around ₹82 lakh. The final figure depends on the floor, the wing and what is available on the day, so we issue a written cost sheet against current inventory and negotiate that figure with the builder.
