About Hitech Aster
Hitech Aster is a forthcoming residential project by HiTech Infra Group at Plot 5, Sector 5, Pushpak Nagar, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, planned as a G+13 tower of 1 and 2 BHK homes. The project is at pre-launch stage: MahaRERA registration, pricing and the possession schedule are all still to be issued, and indicative flat sizes run from 676 to 1,049 sq ft. Those are larger footprints than either of the neighbouring Hitech projects in Pushpak Nagar offers, which is the clearest thing separating Aster from them at this stage. Pushpak Nagar is CIDCO's Mega Smart City node, laid out on the airport side of Ulwe with the Sion-Panvel Highway and the Multimodal Corridor alongside it and an upcoming metro station planned to front Navi Mumbai International Airport. Hitech Aster is sold on a price-on-request basis. The project is at pre-launch and HiTech Infra Group has not yet released a rate card, so any figure published today would be guesswork. Tell us the configuration and budget you are working to and we will bring you the confirmed pricing the day it lands.
A buyer at Hitech Aster should budget 5% GST on an under-construction purchase, 6% Maharashtra stamp duty plus 1% metro cess, and registration charges capped at ₹30,000, with parking, society formation and the maintenance advance billed separately. We prepare the complete all-inclusive figure once the developer publishes the cost sheet.
Not yet. Lenders sanction against a MahaRERA registration number, and Hitech Aster has not yet been issued one, so no bank will open a file on it today. Once registration comes through we can introduce you to lenders active in Ulwe — and knowing your eligibility in advance puts you at the front of the queue.

Hitech Aster sits close to the Sion-Panvel Highway and the Multimodal Corridor, with a metro station planned to front Navi Mumbai International Airport nearby. Bamandongri and Targhar stations on the Nerul–Uran railway line serve the wider Ulwe node, and the Atal Setu sea link connects the area directly to South Mumbai.
Pushpak Nagar is the closest residential land to Navi Mumbai International Airport, planned by CIDCO with the highway and Multimodal Corridor already in place. The honest drawback is that it is newer than central Ulwe, so shops and schools are still arriving. That gap is exactly what keeps entry pricing here where it is, and it is closing quickly.
Apollo Hospitals is about 6.2 km from Hitech Aster, a 13 to 16 minute drive. Amity International School lies roughly 7.2 km away and ORCHIDS The International School about 7.4 km, both within 17 to 21 minutes by road. Pushpak Nagar is a planned CIDCO node, so further school and healthcare plots are already allocated.
Hitech Aster is planned with dedicated parking; the full amenity specification is confirmed when the project formally launches. We would rather publish a short list we can stand behind than a long one drawn from a brochure that has not been finalised. Register your interest and you will have the confirmed list first.
Hitech Aster is being developed by HiTech Infra Group, which is building several projects across Pushpak Nagar, Ulwe and Kharghar. No possession date has been announced — the date is set and made legally binding at MahaRERA registration, so anything quoted before then would be guesswork. We will confirm it here as soon as it exists.
